General Terms and Conditions (GTC)Status: September 2025

§ 1 ScopeThese General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries and services betweenNaumann QM Consulting & 3 D Services, Inh. Sascha Naumann,and the respective client, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

§ 2 Services(1) The provider provides services in the areas of:- Quality Management Consulting (QM)- Security advice (e.g. B. Aviation security, ESD)- CAD construction, 3 D modelling and 3 D printing of component parts and prototypes(2) All services shall be provided digitally or by transit after consultation.

§ 3 Conclusion of contractA contract comes through written or digital confirmation (e.g. B. by email) of the offer by the client.By placing the order, the customer confirms knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

§ 4 Prices and payment conditions(1) All prices are in euros and include the applicable statutory sales tax.(2) Remuneration is based on the currently valid price list at the time the order is placed.(3) Invoices must be paid within 10 days without deductions.

§ 5 Delivery and service time(1) Delivery dates for CAD/3 D printing projects as well as consultation appointments are arranged individually.(2) Unforeseen events (eg. B. Illness, technical malfunctions) can lead to delays – the customer will be informed immediately.

§ 6 Cancellation and withdrawal(1) Cancellation of orders for the creation of individual 3 D models or printed prototypes is excluded after order confirmation.(2) In the consultation area, appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, a flat rate cancellation fee of 50% of the planned service is due.(3) Services that have already begun or have been fully carried out must be paid for in any case.

§ 7 Liability(1) The provider is only liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.(2) The provider assumes no liability for damage caused by incorrect customer information or defective templates.

§ 8 Copyright & usage rights(1) CAD files, drawings and concepts remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.(2) Use by the customer is only permitted within the scope of the agreed purpose.

§ 9 Data protectionThe data protection regulations in accordance with the GDPR apply. Personal data will only be used to process the contract and will not be passed on to third parties.

§ 10 Final provisions(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.(2) Place of jurisdiction is Walldürn, if permitted by law.(3) If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
